MODEST MULTI-BRAND AND CHIC POP-UP SHOP CREATES UNIQUE VENUE AND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
NEW JERSEY – NOV. 1, 2014 (MODESTYMARKET) On November 23, 2014, Amelena Designs and several other American-Muslim fashion brands have teamed together to continue the successful Modesty Market pop-up shop. The Modesty Market is a multi-brand modest and chic fashion pop-up shop focused on ethical and fair-labor brands. The event is open free to the public, although pre-registration is advised.

Businesswoman Amal Abuelhija, owner of Amelena Design, envisioned a concept of creating an affordable marketplace to connect brands with modest clothing consumers. The Modesty Market helps support the growth of socially responsible high fashion through the creation of a pop-up shop that redirects high profit margins to reduced priced vending spaces. Fellow fashion companies Elegant Cloth and the Sultaness have joined in the mission to provide consumers and companies with a high quality modest fashion experience.
The MODESTYMARKET will feature a diverse shopping experience from 18 brands in a luxury New Jersey location with ample free parking. The brands are Amelena Designs, The Sultaness, Guzel, Delicate Hijabi, Urban Modesty, Wrapped Up Diva, Islamic Gems, La Merveille, Elegant Cloth, Styled by Zubaidah, Beaute Cache, Cover me Beautiful, Kotton Love, Karama Co, Ahfif, Al-Mujalbaba, Reem Dream, Zahra Art, and Mary Thompson. Attendees will also be able to receive free professional portraits from LA-based photographer IAMSHOOTER, sponsored by Elegant Cloth. The event will include giveaways, a raffle prize, and additional activities.
